How long will my order take to arrive? And how much will the shipping costs be?

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary slightly due to peak demand, but on average, we deliver orders within the Netherlands within 1-4 business days. Orders to Belgium are delivered within 3-6 business days.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.99 per order. Shipping costs for orders to Belgium are €5.90.

Can I pick up my order?

No, unfortunately this is not a service we offer.

Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, non-personalized jewelry can be returned at your own expense within 14 days of delivery (usually by regular mail with only a few stamps). Make sure the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us by email at info@ateliertu.nl to arrange a return.

What material are our jewelry made of?

To maintain high quality, most Atelier Tú jewelry is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is recyclable and also allergy-free. Stainless steel ensures that the gold plating adheres well and that the gold and silver colors last a very long time.

In addition to stainless steel, some of our jewelry is made of 925 silver or 925 silver with a gold-colored layer.

This is how you keep your jewelry looking beautiful for longer:

  • Store your jewelry in a dry, dark place to prevent oxidation and discoloration.
  • Do not wear your Atelier Tú jewelry while showering, swimming, sleeping or exercising.
  • Remove your jewelry when applying perfume, makeup, or other personal care products.
